Jerry Faraino began his career teaching, moved into sales with a Fortune 50 company, and eventually discovered his passion as a serial entrepreneur, building several successful businesses.
As President and CEO of a medical distributor for 16 years, he, along with his team took a company from $0 sales to $14 million. The company he represented bought him out, and he redirected his focus to other interests.
In addition to the medical distributorship, Jerry has started a specialty bakery, been involved in the development of commercial real estate, started a custom fabric manufacturer and owned a successful BBQ restaurant.
Jerry then returned to his original love: coaching. With a degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University, he has leveraged his lifelong interest in human development as it relates to performance, decision-making and career fulfillment, to become a career counselor.
Jerry is a certified Administrator for the Keirsey Temperament Assessment, a tool that has been utilized by more than 75% of Fortune 500 companies, all branches of the military, educational institutions and over 50 million people from 170 countries. Using this assessment, along with his industry experience, he can assess individual temperaments and guide clients to their career “true north.”
